The University Writing & Speaking Center is open for spring semester. We are offering 45-minute in-person and online consultations.

  1. Writing and speaking support in-person and online: Monday – Thursday 9am - 5pm and Friday 9am - 4pm.
  2. Writing and speaking support online only: Monday – Thursday 5pm - 7pm and Sunday 2pm - 7pm
    1. In-person
    2. Asynchronous support will provide marginal comments and an overall letter of feedback.
    3. Synchronous support will have options for chat only or video real-time discussions.
      1. For synchronous appointments you will need to log back into your appointment to join the session; you will not receive an email with a link.
  3. Zoom Workshops: periodically scheduled (see website)
    1. The Writing & Speaking Center will be offering Zoom workshops to help students navigate projects this semester.

Our center has implemented extensive cleaning procedures, mandatory mask wearing and social distancing practices to assure the health and safety of our staff and students.
